Unique Cottages uses ‘Feefo’ to gather I dependant customer feedback on their holiday properties. This feedback is gathered via questionnaires, which are sent to our guests about two weeks after their visit to Ghillie’s Bothy. Feedback can only be submitted in this way, which ensures that it is from real visitors to our cottage.
We are very proud to have achieved 100% 5* ratings from our visitors reviews since we opened in 2015.
The reviews are published anonymously on the Ghillie’s Bothy page of the Unique Cottages Website.
